The Pilot Palm Project

Handheld computers have been shown to be quite useful in a variety of educational environments.  Twenty-seven teachers, from across the LCSD are currently being trained to use these tools for classroom management and curriculum integration.  During the 2001-2002 school year, these teachers are learning how to use Palm IIIcs to keep track of appointments, notes, and other important information.  These teachers will then develop plans to use them in their programming in the coming school year.
